When the MIB's mission on Mars failed, they were left with the dilemma of facing their biggest problem yet. A bomb that could evaporate seven planets had been trapped on earth yet again. It's name, the "Pacer". It was part of a project for renewable energy that went awry. Agent Kay's granddaughter Agent Ray was head of this project but ended up neauralized after the failed Mission on Mars. What happens now? Will the MIB stop it on time?
